I ordered bowling shoes from bowlersmart.com and checked their sizing info before buying. Compared to a lot of other sites where the size chart feels like a total guess, this one was right on. The shoes fit pretty much perfectly, so I didn’t have to deal with returns or exchanges. Definitely a nice surprise, and I’d order from them again.

I ordered from bowlersmart.com it was a smooth experience. The ball was the exact one I picked, the size was right, nothing was missing, and there weren’t any weird mix-ups like the wrong color, wrong weight, missing accessories, or random substitutions. I’ve had orders from other sites show up with little issues before, like incorrect items, delayed shipping, or stuff missing from the box, so it was nice to open this one and see everything was actually correct. Happy with the order and I’d definitely buy from them again.

And they actually answered my specific question too, not one of those canned replies that makes you wonder if anyone even read your message. Anyway, the issue got sorted out without any hassle, that’s all I really wanted. Happy with the service and I’d definitely order from them again

"Nice rewards if you’re patient"
I’ve been happy with the loyalty rewards overall. Since I order bowling gear here and there, it feels like a small bonus to get points back on stuff I was already going to buy anyway. They don’t add up super fast, at least in my experience, but I don’t really mind because it’s still nice to knock a few dollars off a future order

Booking my appointment on bowlersmart.com was simple overall. I was able to pick a time that worked for me without having to call anyone or wait around for a response, which was really convenient.
I got the confirmation right away, and the process worked like it should. I do think the instructions could have been a little clearer in a couple spots, just so you know exactly what to expect, but it was still easy enough and I’d use it again.

I got my ball drilled through BowlersMart.com, it came out just right. The finger holes feel super clean, the fit was good immediately, and there were no weird edges or awkward spots to ruin the moment.
